 
        
        We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team as a senior in-house counsel. This is a rare opportunity for a strong practitioner to work on a broad range of employment law and industrial relations issues.
The role will see you working closely with other impressive lawyers and helping to lead a team of employment practitioners. You will be responsible for providing advice on high-level complex employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, human resources, and workplace relations.
 * Responding to complex inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate guidance.
 * Working on the development, negotiation, and implementation of enterprise agreements.
 * Providing strategic direction and support on the interpretation and application of employment legislation.
 * Assisting with research and quality assurance of employment-related resource materials.
 * Representing the organization in discussions with unions and in proceedings before the Fair Work Commission and equal opportunity tribunals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be commercially minded with strong technical skills. However, it will be your honed interpersonal skills and pragmatic approach that will ensure your success.
