**About the opportunity**:
**The Change Manager is responsible for working with stakeholders to develop and manage change management strategy and plans for strategic projects. You will be responsible for providing change management leadership, managing any potential people risks and ensuring that employees and members understand the change being implemented. You will use data to assess and measure business readiness and lead the uplift of skills, knowledge and capability building to achieve change outcomes.
**About you**
**You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement skills and be highly organised and comfortable communicating with people at all levels. You will be required to demonstrate your experience in delivering change programs, as well as developing change documentation and artefacts to ensure robust change management governance. You will be comfortable with surveys and data and producing dashboards and reports that highlight change readiness. You will have experience in coaching and capability building and facilitating workshops that are aligned to the change plan.
To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
- Experience in delivering change programs in large organisations and working with a broad range of high-level stakeholders.
- Experience in planning, prioritising and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in using data, infographics and data visualisation.
- Experience in uplifting capability through training, coaching and development of people as well as embedding of knowledge using appropriate data measurements**.**

**Remuneration**
**ASO7 - $108,109 min - $116,864 max per annum, plus superannuation
