Counter Sales & Warehouse – Parts Specialist (Keswick/ Mile End)
$32.80 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:30am/8:00am – 4:30pm (flexible start times available if required)
Are you system-savvy, tech-friendly, and have a knack for helping customers find the right parts? Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Counter Sales & Warehouse team member to join a dynamic trade environment. This role is perfect for someone with prior parts interpreter experience, preferably in an HVAC wholesale, plumbing, electrical, or other technical trade store.
What you’ll be doing:
Handle customer sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the counter.
Process and fulfill orders accurately, including sourcing parts and updating the system.
Provide product and technical advice to customers.
Assist with warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, labelling, picking, and dispatching goods.
Participate in stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory management.
Support sales development initiatives, such as building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Assist with deliveries—both incoming and outgoing.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a parts interpreter or in a technical trade store (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar).
Forklift license required or highly desirable to gain over the next few months.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Tech-savvy with good system and computer skills; training will be provided on internal systems.
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Trade qualifications in HVAC or related field are a bonus.

Training provided on internal systems
