Senior Finance Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to lead our APAC finance team. As a key member of the management team, you will drive strategic financial growth and operational excellence.
This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization's success. You will report directly to the Executive Director – International Finance, with a dotted line to the Regional Managing Director APAC, while maintaining autonomy within established frameworks.
Your ability to communicate effectively, both with numbers and people, will set you apart as you lead your team to success. In this role, you'll direct manage a team of three key finance professionals across the region:
* Two Accountants servicing the Australia & New Zealand region,
* One Finance Manager in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the finance team to drive a culture of excellence and high performance.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to meet business objectives and ensure financial commitments are achieved.
* Oversee budget planning, financial analysis, and cash flow management to meet targets and regulatory compliance.
* Provide financial advice and guidance to the APAC management team and team members to enable them to achieve their objectives.
* Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time.
* Support the internal audit programme to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations.
* Develop and refine policies and systems for sound financial management.
* Monitor external contracts and services to ensure value and effectiveness to the company.
* Safeguard the company's legal and financial obligations.
Requirements
* You have a wealth of senior-level accountancy and managerial experience, including a strategic mindset.
* You are skilled in financial leadership, capable of influencing business strategy and guiding cross-functional teams.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
* Knowledge of the industry (preferred) and a proven ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance, with CPA/CA qualification.
