As an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN Grade 2), you'll play a key role in managing, planning, and delivering exceptional residential aged care services. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll provide evidence-based nursing care that supports clients' health and wellbeing in line with their individual care plans.

What you bring:
* Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
* Significant experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience working in an aged care.
* Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Able to work all shifts including night shifts.
* Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
* Working knowledge of the AN-*ACC* funding model and Aged Care legislation.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Current First Aid + CPR
