The Role
* Monday to Friday with only 1 Saturday every 8 weeks (negotiable)
* Portfolio of 200 properties
* Conducting open homes
* Ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Lease preparation and execution
* Occasional tribunal attendance (extremely rare)
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
* Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Reliable car and driver's license
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
