We're looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our Whitsundays team. What You'll Do
* Engage with customers in person, over the phone and online to understand their needs and match them with the right new or used vehicle
* Provide exceptional product knowledge and vehicle demonstration
* Assist with test drives and trade ins
* Work closely with finance and aftermarket departments to deliver a seamless buying experience
* Support the dealership's goals by following sales processes and achieving set targets
* Represent our brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism

What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for customer service and a drive to succeed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn quickly — full training provided for trainees
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
* Current driver's licence.
