Senior Manager, City Campus Services
The Flinders University is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the City Campus Services team.
This role will involve leading, developing, and implementing an integrated customer and student service experience while delivering initiatives focused on service excellence, digital innovation, and customer strategies.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the City Campus Services team, campus operations, resourcing cycles, and service performance.
* Develop and implement effective and efficient training tools and frameworks that continue to develop and nurture a high-performing multi-disciplinary team grounded in the University's core values.
