The Joiners Hotel in Hindmarsh is looking for a Sous Chef to join our friendly team
We are a modern hotel located near the Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium. We can be very busy when there is an event on in the area. We also do a lot of functions.
We are a family run business and have a wonderful team of staff.
The successful applicant needs to meet the following criteria:
* Available for full time hours
* Weekends and nights are essential
* Appropriate qualifications & food health safety knowledge
* Positive attitude
* Works great in a team environment
* Works well under pressure
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Able to work calmly under pressure
* Knowledge of current food trends
* Experience with functions is a bonus
Salary between $62,000-$72,000.
