Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to join our Corporate Office team. As a People Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a dedicated team of remuneration, payroll and HR specialists, while driving the continuous improvement of our team member experience.

You will play a key role in enhancing our people services through the optimisation of systems, streamlining of processes and delivery of meaningful and actionable insights to support strategic and data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing team of remuneration, payroll and HR specialists
* Drive the continuous improvement of our team member experience
* Optimise systems and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Deliver meaningful and actionable insights to support strategic and data-driven decision making


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of HR initiatives and projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation. You will have the autonomy to operate and make decisions, with the freedom to experiment and learn from mistakes.


What You'll Need

* Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, working across one or more of these areas: payroll; HR reporting and systems; health, safety & wellbeing; policy management; and process improvement
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
* A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
* A strong business acumen, with the ability to think critically and strategically
