We are seeking an experienced Bottleshop Manager to join The Pub team in Tamworth.

The Pub is a well-known and popular venue located in Tamworth with large drive-through bottleshop.
The Role:
You will play a crucial role in the day to day running of our Bottleshop and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store ensuring it operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
A sound knowledge of the liquor industry is imperative. Experienced in managing stock, margins and performance of a fast – paced retail store will be highly regarded. Basic computing skills and confidence using POS will also be required.
Your previous experience managing the overall operation of a successful bottle shop will allow you to put your experience into action. Reporting to the venue licensee, you will lead your team through busy service periods, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
This role will suit persons with the following experience and skills:
* You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
* Valid RSA is a must for this role
* Forklift licence preferred
* 2 + years' experience managing a retail liquor store or busy drive thru retail liquor outlet
* Experience with stock management
* Providing friendly and professional experience to all customers
* Performing general retail bottle shop duties such as serving customers, stocking shelves, receiving orders
* Manage store presentation and ensure a safe and welcoming store for our customers and staff
* Lead and drive your team to deliver a great customer service experience
* Availability to work a mixture of days, night and weekends as required
* A drive and passion to be recognised as the best venue operator in a tightly controlled market
