Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Transmission Line Management Manager, the successful candidate supervises the effective and efficient execution of tasks for the implementation and monitoring of transmission line maintenance programs.
Ensures effective and efficient implementation and monitoring of transmission line maintenance programs;
Initiates development/amendment/enhancement of corporate policies, programs, work plans and standards applicable and pertaining to the efficient maintenance of transmission line;
Represents O&M to the Management and external stakeholders with regards to transmission line issues and concerns;
Closely coordinates with other Functional Groups on Transmission line related matters;
Monitors and manages direct reports to uphold company rules, regulations, and code of conduct (COC). Defines and implements initiatives relative to personnel development and career goals. Outlines objectives, expectations, and timeframes on the delivery of outputs.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
* Registered Electrical Engineer
* Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
* Knowledge in Power Transmission System
* Knowledge in Microsoft Oca
* Communication Skills
* Management Skills
