Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Brisbane, QLD, with occasional remote work flexibility. In this role, you will provide technical and product support to clients, identify potential customers, and establish strong client relationships. You will collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product functionality, assist in pre-sales and post-sales processes, and offer technical solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, you will represent the company's technical expertise during client meetings and presentations, working closely with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
* Skills in Technical Support and Customer Service, with a focus on resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction
* Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs
* Experience in the wastewater management or environmental technology sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field is preferred
* Flexibility to work both onsite in Brisbane, QLD, and remotely as needed
