Project campaign specialist

The role of a Project Marketing Executive is to spearhead the marketing efforts for premium apartment projects across Queensland. This involves coordinating end-to-end project marketing campaigns, managing and updating project websites and electronic direct mails, as well as assisting with marketing briefs, presentations and reporting.

* Coordinate campaign strategies from inception to execution
* Manage and maintain project websites and email marketing materials
* Collaborate on marketing briefs, pitches and progress updates
* Organize marketing collateral, promotional materials and displays
* Support the development and setup of sales promotions
* Oversee project photography, videography and visual content creation
* Represent the brand at project launches, events and sales activations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and external consultants

* Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within residential property marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to drive marketing initiatives and execute plans
* Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office and website/social media platforms
