Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support clients in their own home.
The position will have the following roster:
Type: Permanent Part Time
Please Note First 8 weeks will be offered with 24 hours
Week 1: Thur : 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, Sat : 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm + S/O, Sun : 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm + S/O, Wed : 7:30 am - 1:30 am.
For the first 8 weeks, you will be working only during Week 1 of each fortnight, for a total of 24 hours. After this initial period, the role will transition to regular working hours of 46 hours per fortnight.
Hours: 46 Hours per Fortnight.
Week 1: Thur : 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, Sat : 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm + S/O, Sun : 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm + S/O, Wed : 7:30 am - 1:30 am.
Week 2: Thur: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Fri : 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm + S/O, Wed: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

The successful candidate must have:
* A current provisional or full Australian driver's licence
* WWVP card with NDIS activities
* Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
* Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion
