Automotive Operations Manager
We are seeking an Automotive Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and optimizing aftersales operations to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
This role involves driving data analysis to inform business decisions and enhancing customer experience. You will assist senior leadership in maintaining strategic business plans, hosting executive and team-wide forums & engagement sessions, and evaluating existing processes to streamline workflows and resolve inefficiencies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly spend reports to enable leadership's data-driven decision-making. Develop business cases to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess feasibility for new initiatives, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of projects on costs, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing processes to streamline workflows, resolve inefficiencies, and implement best practices. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and draft revised workflows, procedures, and manuals.
* Business Planning & Project Support: Support leadership with quarterly updates, strategic planning, and driving collaboration on high-impact projects to meet organizational goals. Facilitate workshops to address challenges and develop actionable solutions, incorporating customer insights to improve NPS and dealer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
* At least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field (statistics or data analytics well regarded).
Minimum Experience:
* 1+ years as a business analyst or similar role, preferably within the automotive or aftersales industry.
* Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other data analysis tools (preferred).
