| | || --- | --- || Workplace Location | Brisbane - North |**Your key responsibilities:*** Coordinate the design and development of intranet content, knowledge resources, and eLearning modules that enable Line Managers and employees to confidently navigate HR and payroll systems and processes aligned to the Pay Enhancement Program objectives.* Deliver high-quality learning and development initiatives that support complex HR and Payroll content, that meets the needs of diverse stakeholders.* Evaluate the effectiveness of contemporary learning and knowledge management approaches and apply emerging design principles to continuously improve content and delivery.**Role fit**The essential requirements for this role are:* Demonstrated experience in coordinating the design and development of knowledge management content, including the ability to manage the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of knowledge resources.* Demonstrated experience in designing and developing web-based content, including the ability to create clear, accessible, and user-focused digital resources that support learning, knowledge sharing, and system navigation.
