The Key Responsibilities
* Manage a moderate caseload of complex participants, delivering specialist assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
* Incorporate research and best practices into participant care and therapy programs.
* Mentor junior clinicians and support their professional development.
* Lead service improvement initiatives, including quality assurance and contributing to service planning.
