Summary
We are seeking an experienced Rail Access Coordinator with proven knowledge of rail corridor access and third-party interface requirements. You will play a key role in managing site access permits (SAPs), coordinating with Authorised Rail Operators (AROs), and ensuring all works within or adjacent to the rail network are delivered safely and in compliance with ARO standards.
You will support the planning and sequencing of rail activities and will liaise directly with project managers, rail asset owners, and utility providers to streamline access approvals. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in rail interface management, permit coordination, or occupation planning and is looking to take ownership of access planning across multiple projects.

* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and utility providers to meet access and safety requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to rail access.
What We are Looking For :
* Direct rail access coordination experience (e.g., MTM, ARTC, VicTrack, or interstate/overseas AROs).

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work across multiple projects with competing deadlines.
* A qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
