Marcellin College, a leading Catholic boy's school, seeks an experienced Learning Support Officer to join our team on a part‐time basis (0.87) commencing Term 2, 2026 (or by negotiation). This role will support students with diverse learning needs in partnership with teachers and the Learning Diversity Leader.

Key Success Factors
As a member of our Learning Diversity Team, you will provide individual and group learning support to students. The College seeks applicants who have a strong background in administration and classroom support. You will work in partnership with classroom teachers and the Learning Diversity Leader to implement adjustments to learning materials and the classroom environment as outlined in Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). You will support students' academic learning, behaviour program, physical care, and social progress throughout the school day. Creativity, openness and the ability to adapt to each student's needs are essential.
