About The Role
Love the outdoors? Work alongside our friendly parks and open spaces team and learn how to:
Look after local parks, gardens, sporting ovals, and town spaces —planting, watering, mowing, trimmingUse and maintain power toolsHelp with concrete work, general clean-ups, and maintenance jobsTest water in the town supply, bore baths, and poolsKeep yourself and others healthy and safe at work
We’re offering paid traineeships that run for two years, fully supervised, and lead to achievement of a nationally recognised Certificate III or IV qualification—plus the possibility of ongoing work with Council when you complete.
The Traineeship will commence as soon as possible depending on candidate availability.
