Speech Pathologist Opportunity
Our Graduate Speech Pathologist role offers a comprehensive induction program, including training in community practice, the NDIS and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and clinic rooms.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions for clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Support and Resources:
You will be supported by colleagues who will help you navigate challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to provide guidance.
* A discipline-specific supervisor will mentor you in all areas of working with us.
* 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling to set you up for success.
* 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
* Resources include laptop, phone and access to therapy and assessment resources.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
* A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
* An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
