The Office Operations Specialist will oversee the daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
* Key Responsibilities:

o Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
o Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance reviews.
o Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all facilities assets.

o Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety policies across all office locations.
o Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
o Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety legislation.

o Support sustainability initiatives, including recycling programs and energy-saving measures.
o Oversee day-to-day operations, including cleaning, waste management, and utilities.
o Monitor and maintain workspace hygiene and presentation standards.

o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet operational and employee experience needs.
o Prepare and present reports on facilities performance and issues.
o Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in space planning and cost efficiency.

o Act as a local ambassador for global ESG and sustainability goals within the facilities domain.
o Integrate and implement global Facilities and Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
