As a seasoned legal professional, you will provide pragmatic and commercial legal advice to support the development, distribution, and marketing of our products. You will review and sign off on public-facing documents in accordance with our Public Document Due Diligence Process (PDDD) to key clients. Additionally, you will assess and communicate legal risk, guide decision-making for optimal solutions aligned to commercial context and risk assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent certification and a current legal practicing certificate. Admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of a State or Territory Supreme court in Australia, you should have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience. Relevant legal experience in a position in-house or in a large national or global law firm is essential. Technical expertise in insurance law, privacy, financial services, and regulatory law, as well as knowledge of contract and corporate laws, is also required.
