Job Description Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow-up and adapt as needed based on market demands. Develop and implement follow-up plans for prospective business leads. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for the MICE and conference segments, monitoring their effectiveness. Adhere to the hotel’s rate structure, securing approval for any deviations from the HOS / Director of Revenue. Conduct market research to identify and source new MICE and leisure business opportunities. Use lost business contacts in Delphi to reactivate and convert past opportunities. Identify and convert qualified sales leads into revenue-generating business. Provide regular reporting on activity outcomes and insights to support decision-making.
