Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team.
This role provides essential legal, compliance, and administrative support, contributing to the effective operation of our legal, governance, and regulatory functions.
The successful candidate will assist with legal research, document preparation, regulatory submissions, contract and precedent management, compliance tracking, and coordination of legal and regulatory workflows.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, proofread and format legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and internal advice.
* Maintain legal filing systems, registers, and precedent libraries in accordance with retention and security requirements.
* Undertake legal research into legislation, regulations, case law, and industry guidelines, preparing summaries and briefing materials.
* Support compliance and governance activities, including tracking obligations relating to applicable legislation.
* Monitor regulatory developments and assist with updating internal procedures and registers.
* Coordinate statutory filings, key employee licensing, regulatory submissions, and responses to investigations or notices.
* Liaise with external legal providers, auditors and consultants and manage document collation for legal reviews and audits.
* Provide meeting coordination, scheduling and operational support for the Legal and Compliance team.
Requirements
* 3 – 5 years' experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal support role.
* Strong capability in preparing and interpreting standard legal documents and summarising legislation or legal advice.
* Experience supporting in-house legal, compliance or governance teams (highly regarded).
* Excellent organisation, time management, and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Tertiary qualifications in law or legal studies (desirable, not essential).
