Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate contemporary Palliative Care education.
Mentor and support staff through ongoing professional development.
Facilitate comprehensive orientation and provide clinical supervision.
Offer one-on-one coaching and bedside teaching.
Champion skill development, in-services, and policy education to elevate practice.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA and hold relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.

Remuneration: $55.32 - $57.11 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

Incentives and additional information
The Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme offers up to $10,000 in the first 12 months plus up to $5,000 each year thereafter (fortnightly payments).
Salary packaging options up to $11,600 plus novated leasing; Fitness Passport; Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Paid parental leave and additional annual leave provisions in line with contract type.
Annual leave: 4 weeks (pro-rata for part-time); 6 weeks for eligible full-time nurses.
