About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and self-driven Store Operations Specialist to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our store.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership, teams, and various external vendors to execute daily inventory activities, ensure quality and operational compliance, and streamline processes to support company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Place and audit stock orders accurately and efficiently.
* Efficiently manage shipments, following procedures including breakout, quality control, data entry, notifications, and returns processing.
* Audit items awaiting pick up and follow up with vendors on their orders.
* Assist in preparing, executing, and researching the bi-annual physical inventory.
* Prepare and ship orders while adhering to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
* Maintain visuals and branding to align with industry standards.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness that align with a best-in-class experience.
* Help prepare for events and trunk shows by remerchandising, adjusting layouts, and steaming items for display.
Requirements
1. High level of accountability, strong organisational, and attention to detail skills.
2. Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate computer programs, experience in Excel or retail systems preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong ability to prioritise tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently.
5. Skilled in problem-solving and self-management, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.
