Pharmacist – Medication Management Expertise
We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team in achieving the best medication management outcomes for individual patients. As an integral part of the Pharmacy Digital Health service, you will work closely with the Pharmacy Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to improve medication management on a larger scale through contributing to practice-based research projects and service improvement work.
