Project Support Coordinator
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the project team in a fast-paced construction environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
* Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports
* Support the site team with safety lookaheads and compliance documentation
* Perform general office administration (meeting minutes, filing, supplies, etc.)
* Assist with document control, ensuring accurate and timely records
* Obtain and manage supplier and subcontractor quotes
* Coordinate onboarding paperwork, inductions, and site registers
* Provide ad hoc project support and respond to team requests as needed
The successful candidate will have a white card or willingness to obtain one, and experience in a construction or site-based admin role would be advantageous but not essential.
