Best & Less has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Part time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team at our Elizabeth store. As an integral member of the Elizabeth 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a group of people who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down-to‐earth' approach, are passionate about our product, and genuinely enjoy working together! This role also offers opportunities for development, including 'higher duties' or stepping up into management positions. Previous retail management experience would be highly regarded and could help you hit the ground running in this role.

• Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
• Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
• Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
• Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
• Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
• Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
• Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
