Lead Care Delivery
You will lead Residential Care Homes, delivering comprehensive care to residents while supporting team members. This role requires using evidence-based approaches to deliver quality care.
* Ensure assigned resident care meets standards and policies.
* Conduct assessments, reviews, and medical interventions.
* Liaise with families, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
To succeed, you'll need a Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration. Prior experience in aged care is valued.
