With an expanding chain of specialty butcher shops and an exciting array of new projects on the horizon, including a new restaurant, an opportunity has arisen for a talented, passionate marketing specialist to join the team.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this brand-new role will suit a generalist marketer who enjoys campaign management. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of Stanbroke's regular marketing activities, including;
Advertising campaigns in all media (broadcast, print, online, social);
Social media (including preparation and scheduling of content, community management and boosting);
Marketing collateral, merchandise, video production and photography;
Domestic and international events (trade shows; B2B customer events; B2C product showcases);
Market research and new product development (NPD) activity;
Management and maintenance of the online store for Peter Augustus branded B2C sales;
Copywriting and collation of content for the company magazine; and
Creation and production of product packaging.
In addition to this, your role will look after operational tasks such as;
Maintaining marketing budget spreadsheets;
Processing and tracking of marketing invoices;
Preparing reports and forecasts for marketing performance;
Campaign and project management; and
Liaising with external industry bodies for co-marketing and other support programs.
About you
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or similar area;
A genuine passion for the beef and cattle industry;
At least 2 years' experience in marketing with a generalist skill set across social, digital and traditional channels;
Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels;
Superior organisational skills with a professional, driven attitude;
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills and a passion for storytelling; and
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
