Job Description
The role of Design Lead is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving the creative direction of our brand. As a seasoned designer with a strong aesthetic sense, you will oversee the development of visual identities, campaign rollouts, and animated assets across various media platforms.
This position requires a deep understanding of branding principles, typography, and storytelling through design. You will be working closely with junior designers and video editors to ensure cohesive creative output.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate strategic briefs into polished campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a must, with animation skills being highly desirable.
Your Responsibilities:
* Developing brand concepts and visual identities from scratch
* Translating strategic and creative briefs into polished campaigns
* Designing high-quality assets across print, digital, social, and motion media
* Creating ad creatives, animation elements, and video overlays
* Designing and managing visual direction for websites and digital projects
* Briefing and guiding junior designers and video editors
* Leading creative research, moodboarding, and presentation development
* Contributing to building systems and processes that keep design work flowing smoothly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4+ years of design experience (agency or in-house)
* A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and digital design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; animation skills highly desirable
* Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and storytelling through design
* Confidence briefing, reviewing, and mentoring junior creatives
* A proactive, solutions-first mindset with strong attention to detail
