We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team, providing expert assessment, therapy, and care coordination for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
As a valued member of our team, you will be committed to promoting recovery and resilience, making a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns.
Clinicians will provide trauma-informed, culturally safe, intensive therapeutic interventions and integrated psychosocial responses to support young people's mental well-being.
You will also lead, mentor, and supervise colleagues to ensure the delivery of strengths-based and recovery-oriented mental health care and treatment.
Our service aims to improve early access to care for 12–25-year-olds presenting to headspace services with severe and complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed mental health interventions to young people experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to support colleagues in delivering strengths-based and recovery-oriented mental health care and treatment.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
What You'll Need:
* Postgraduate qualification in psychology, social work, or a related field.
* Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
