Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a vital part of the store's success, playing a pivotal role in driving customer-centric culture and leading by example. This includes showcasing expertise in Visual Merchandising, managing stock effectively, and efficiently overseeing store rostering.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading a team to achieve exceptional results from the shop floor
* Developing your team's skills and harmonizing with business objectives to hit sales, profit, and productivity targets
* Transforming the store into a visually appealing destination that creates an atmosphere for enjoyable shopping experiences
* Efficiently managing stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment
* Closely collaborating with the Store Manager & Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Team Leader/Supervisor is essential. A passion for the retail industry is also required, along with ability to manage finances, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters.
