Role Highlights
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, The Electrical Planner (Outer Harbour) will coordinate the planning and scheduling of all repairs and maintenance of Fremantle Ports Outer Harbour electrical infrastructure at Kwinana Bulk Terminal and Kwinana Bulk Jetty.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant electrical trade qualification and experience in the planning and execution of planned maintenance work using a computerised maintenance management system.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You will be an experienced individual able to manage maintenance planning, cost estimating and scheduling of repairs and maintenance.
Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud will be highly desirable as this role will be responsible for reviewing, initiating and closing out maintenance activities within this maintenance planning system.
Other essential criteria include:
* Well-developed knowledge of Work Health & Safety Regulations.
* Knowledge of high voltage switching on maintenance and repairs.
* Knowledge of floodlighting and electrical lighting systems, building electrical services and power services.
* Knowledge of Tariff metering systems and procedures.
* Well-developed job planning and cost estimating skills.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-developed project and program management skills.
* Well-developed contract and management skills.
* Well-developed computer skills.
