Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of technical expertise.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE

Work Environment
This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for working on customer service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies. You will have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer's premises.
Your typical day could include any or all of the below functions while delivering exceptional customer service within your role:
1. Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
