We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager on a part-time basis to play a pivotal role at the intersection of content, product, and customer experience. This role focuses on shaping how users and client stakeholders experience Vitaport through campaigns, journeys, and platform communications, with a strong emphasis on clarity, prioritisation, and commercial alignment.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role works closely with strategy, product, and customer success teams. It is well suited to someone who collaborates confidently across functions and translates complex ideas, insights, and user needs into clear, engaging content that supports both engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Content Development
2. Develop and maintain compelling, prioritised content for Vitaport’s Monthly Active Campaigns, including articles, emails, toolkits, and in-platform prompts.
3. Focus on quality, clarity, and impact rather than high-volume production.
