- and are seeking experienced consultants to help shape outcomes for our clients during this exciting expansion phase. Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements, managing workstreams or small teams to
deliver measurable procurement and operational improvements.
Develop and present
category strategies and transformation roadmaps
that maximize client value.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring
alignment and buy‑in .
Translate market insights and data into
actionable procurement solutions and efficiencies .
Build strong relationships across client organizations, influencing decision-making at all levels to
drive strategic outcomes.
Design and execute
negotiation strategies, providing commercial input on contracts and supplier agreements.
Drive
change management initiatives
to embed sustainable improvements.
About You
Prior consulting background
(strategy, operations, or procurement) with proven experience managing projects or workstreams.
Proven ability to operate in multi-stakeholder,
client-facing environments, delivering measurable change. Experience
across client industries
is ideal.
Knowledge of indirect procurement categories (Facilities Management, IT, Professional Services, Logistics) is preferred but not essential.
Strong
analytical skills
with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to turn data into compelling insights.
Proven ability to
communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior and executive stakeholders
Experience in change management and delivering operational transformation.
Flexibility to
travel domestically and/or within APAC
as required.
