Shacks Fremantle is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Parts interpreter to join our busy team.
About the role
* Experience within dealership parts sales & interpreting environment will be highly regarded.
* Sound computer skills; experience with ERA (Pentana) systems not necessary, but would be desirable.
* Experience with PartsCheck and aftermarket parts catalogues.
* Parts interpreting will be required for trade, internal and retail customers.
* Answering phone enquiries – a great phone manner is a must.
* Attending to requests efficiently and courteously.
* liaising with our Pre‐Delivery, Service and Warehouse departments.
* Stock‐take as required.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
