We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Officer to join our team.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, managing teams, and implementing policies to support government priorities and programs across employment and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams to manage, monitor, and review projects, programs, and systems that directly support government priorities.
* Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and practices that promote best practice across departmental operations.
* Carry out performance reporting and analysis using contemporary recording and reporting frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have high-level program and project management skills, as well as expert knowledge of the vocational education and training sector in Queensland.
* Demonstrated expertise in program and project management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
* Highly developed conceptual, analytical, research, and computer skills, with the ability to analyze information, data, and trends, and present findings through reports and presentations.
* Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring business objectives are achieved and performance targets are met.
