Early Childhood Intervention Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in Speech Pathology and expertise in child development and early intervention.
The role involves delivering supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practice. You will use assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options that fit each child and family.
* You will empower families, caregivers, and professionals by helping them build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver early childhood interventions tailored to individual needs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
* Analyze progress through thorough record-keeping
This is a part-time position available until 31 March 2027 based on the lands of the Yuggera Jagera & Ugarapul Peoples. We offer flexibility for working hours within our Ipswich base or community settings as per requirements.
