The Role
Step into the diverse role of Sales Team Leader for a well-reputed international travel brand. You will be responsible for driving sales growth as well as ongoing coaching & mentoring for the Australia-based sales team. You will be accountable for the ongoing suppourt of APAC operations along with day-to-day management of the sales team.
Role Responsibilities
Communicate to team about the sales targets and creating the individual performance plans together with each Travel Consultant
Monitor sales team performance - develop sales team member skills to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are met
Ensure objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are appropriate and embedded throughout the team.
Provide detailed reports on the team's activities and the performance reports to different stakeholders with the recommendations for improvements in general processes and systems
Who You Are
5+ years in senior sales management roles, ideally within travel or a similar industry.
Strong sales experience, including meeting targets, KPIs and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, growth, and innovation in a complex industry setting.
A champion and advocate for practive sales culture.
The Package
85-95k base plus superannuation
Additional super (12.5%) and additional weeks leave
Bonus scheme for hitting KPIs (105k plus super)
