About the Role
 * Account Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase revenue.
 * Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales plans to ensure delivery of revenue targets and sustainable growth.
 * Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
 * Leadership: Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
Responsibilities
 * Pipeline Planning: Maintain a rolling pipeline and keep it current.
 * SAP Solutions: Be proficient in and bring SAP offers to bear on sales pursuits including Industry Solutions, Line of Business solutions, and technology solutions.
 * Sales Opportunities: Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
Key Performance Indicators
 * Revenue Growth: Software License Revenue, Solution License Revenue, Cloud Subscription and Renewal Revenue.
 * Pipeline Coverage: Pipeline Coverage/Pipeline multiple, Pipeline/Opportunity Management.
 * Customer Satisfaction: Customer Satisfaction, Quota Achievement, Number of deals.
 * Self-Development: Self-Development/Learning and Growth; Relationship management activities; Partner engagement; Usage of CRM and reporting.
Additional Requirements
 * Compliance: Comply with company policies and Code of Conduct; travel and expense policies.
 * Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM system.
