What You'll Do
* Build and manage strong relationships with private hospital clients - you'll be their first call when they need cover.
* Get to know our nurses - their skills, availability, and where they like to work - so you can match the right person to the right shift.
* Manage incoming shift requests and allocate nurses quickly and accurately.
* Proactively monitor outstanding requests and fill gaps fast.
* Partner with the candidate services team to grow our nursing pool
Who You Are
* A seasoned recruiter, ideally with experience in Healthcare
* Comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a hospital to maintain client relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised, self-motivated and a team player focused on outcomes
* Resilient, curious, and have a win for all attitude
