We're looking for experienced Digital Ad Creative Designers to create high-quality, human-generated image assets for advertising campaigns. These are not AI-generated designs — we're specifically seeking designers with hands‐on creative expertise in building compelling, conversion‐focused ad visuals. This role is ideal for designers with strong experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and branded promotional assets across multiple industries.
What You'll Do
1. Design engaging digital advertising image assets
2. Create assets tailored to common ad formats (e.g., Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, app ads, etc.)
3. Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance and clarity
4. Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and variations as needed
Ideal Background
We're Looking For Designers Who
5. Have proven experience creating marketing and advertising‐style visual assets
6. Understand performance‐driven design principles (CTAs, hierarchy, layout, conversion‐focused visuals)
7. Adapt creative concepts across industries such as:
8. Healthcare
9. Financial services
10. Consumer products
11. Mobile/web apps
12. Other B2C or B2B verticals
13. Are comfortable working across multiple domains and brand styles
14. Have strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications
15. Can translate marketing messaging into compelling visual creative
Required Skills & Tools
16. Experience with industry-standard design tools, including:
17. Figma
18. Adobe Photoshop
19. Adobe Illustrator
20. Or similar professional design tools
Bonus If You
21. Have worked with growth/performance marketing teams
22. Have experience designing for A/B testing environments
23. Understand ad compliance considerations (especially in healthcare/financial services)

Contract and Payment Terms
24. You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
25. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
26. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
27. Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
28. Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
