Job Overview
A highly skilled Heavy Diesel Technician is required to perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex heavy diesel engines.
* Disassemble, inspect, qualify and assemble high-performance GE 7FDL heavy diesel engines
* Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of critical equipment
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in diesel engines and heavy machinery systems
* Conduct thorough inspections to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and effectively
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Full working rights in Australia
* Relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter)
* Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or in a similar role
* Extensive knowledge of heavy diesel engine maintenance or component overhaul procedures
