Luxury Residential Construction & Landscaping
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 Base + Super

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction & Project Manager to join their luxury residential construction and landscaping business. This senior role will see you managing high‑end residential projects from tender through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver premium projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage luxury residential construction and landscaping projects end-to-end
* Oversee pre‑construction planning, programming, and project scheduling
* Support and guide Site Supervisors across multiple active sites
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and contracts administration
* Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, variations, and extensions of time
* Prepare and issue variations for approval prior to commencement
* Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and consultants
* Chair and attend site and stakeholder meetings
* Ensure quality control, defect management, and high build standards
* Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and systems
* Manage plant, equipment, and labour resources effectively
* Review project reports, invoices, and timesheets
About You
* 4+ years' experience in residential construction
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a project or management role
* Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
* Experience delivering high‑end or luxury residential projects
* Confident managing high‑net‑worth clients and multiple stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* High level of computer literacy and systems experience
* Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
Qualifications (Desirable)
* Diploma of Construction Management or related qualification
