Overview
As the Site Service Coordinator, you'll be part of collaborative and close-knit team where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. In this fast-paced role, you'll liaise with customers and internal teams to schedule and coordinate service works such as installation and warranty works, and provide essential administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In addition, you'll:
* Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming service works
* Schedule and manage service dates for installers
* Work out runs for installers/ technicians
* Print all required service paperwork for installers
* Act as the primary contact for service works enquiries
* Consolidate feedback and investigate/ escalate any issues
Qualifications
We're looking for an energetic team player with previous customer service experience, self-motivation and initiative to participate in our comprehensive training programme.
You'll possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet customer needs and build constructive relationships with both internal stakeholders (such as installers, suppliers, and sales representatives) and external partners (including builders and homeowners).
In addition, you will bring:
* Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
* Pride in thoroughness and attention to detail
* Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic MS Outlook and Excel skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
